Precision welding is an essential process for manufacturing electromagnetic coil assemblies used in vibratory feeding systems. In this workstation, skilled operators wear professional auto-darkening welding helmets to carry out welding work on coil terminals. A large batch of finished coil units with lead wires is neatly arranged on the workbench, waiting for welding, inspection and assembly.

The welding operation requires stable hand control to guarantee firm solder joints, low contact resistance and good electrical conductivity. Poor welding points may cause unstable vibration output, overheating or intermittent faults during long-time operation. All terminals are cleaned before welding to remove oil, oxide and dust, avoiding cold solder joints and virtual welding. After welding, workers check each joint visually and conduct electrical continuity testing one by one.

These electromagnetic coils are the core power source of bowl feeders and linear feeders. They cooperate with vibration controllers to generate adjustable electromagnetic oscillation. Strict welding quality control directly improves the stability and service life of the whole feeding equipment. We support customized coil specifications for different load requirements. In-house welding and testing help us keep consistent quality and shorten the production cycle for our automated feeding products.
