Before assembly, all hardware is sorted neatly in anti-static trays: machine screws, spacers and terminals are prepared separately to avoid mixing. Anti-static management is enforced to protect sensitive electronic chips from static damage.

The assembly workflow follows standardized work instructions: install circuit boards first, route power cables, connect vibration coil terminals, then fit the front panel and tighten enclosure screws. After assembly, each unit undergoes power-on testing to verify amplitude adjustment, mode switching and sensor response functions. Unqualified products are picked out for rework before packing. Manual assembly combined with standardized checking ensures stable quality for low-to-medium batch controller orders. Our team is familiar with matching aluminum housings, control boards and vibration accessories together. This integrated capability covers CNC part machining, electronic assembly and final testing, delivering fully finished feeding controllers ready for direct installation on customers’ automated production lines.
